Dwight A. Porter obtained his academic training in economics at Harvard College (B.A. cum laude, 1967) and at the University of Maryland (M.A., Ph.D., 1974). He taught applied economics, management, and marketing topics from 1974 to 1997 in both undergraduate and MBA programs.
Dr. Porter maintains a lively consulting business, which focuses on day-to-day business applications in the areas of strategic planning, marketing and pricing. He is President of the consulting firm Applied Decision Resources, located in St. Paul,Minnesota. Clients include both small and large firms principally located in North America and Europe.
In 1983-84 he was a Scientific Research Associate with the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis outsideVienna, Austria. In 1988 he held the Benedict Distinguished Visiting Professor’s Chair of Economics at Carleton College.

Rob co-founded W3i with his brothers, Ryan and Aaron, in 2000, and served as CEO from inception through 2007. His expertise has helped grow the company into a leading distributor of consumer applications, and he is now focused on the growth of W3i Mobile, an application network that increases revenue, distribution and engagement for mobile apps.
In addition to W3i, Rob has co-founded other interactive media businesses including a free app review site and a display ad network. In 2006, Rob shared the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award with Aaron and Ryan Weber, and was named to the 2007 Inc. 5,000 CEOs Under 30 list.
Rob received his B.S. in Entrepreneurship from St. Cloud State University. He is a Board Member of W3i and is a private angel investor in a number of music, game, video, social media and mobile application start-ups.
He shares his passion for apps, Internet marketing and entrepreneurship by serving on the board of advisors for Minne*, the 3,000+ member community of Minnesota tech enthusiasts.
Stuart Larkins

Stuart is an Internet entrepreneur and digital marketing expert with more than twelve years of experience leading Internet companies and start-up organizations. Stuart is a Managing Director if the I2A Fund, a seed stage venture capital fund, where he is leading all aspects of I2A including fund management, deal sourcing and investments, and working with portfolio companies.
Prior to joining the I2A Fund, Stuart’s digital marketing career was focused on early stage startups. He was Senior Vice President and part of the founding management team at Performics, a pioneer in affiliate and search engine marketing. During his eight years at Performics, he helped lead the business through rapid growth and subsequent acquisitions by Doubleclick, Hellman & Friedman, Google, and Publicis. Stuart was also involved in many online advertising industry groups and associations, such as the IAB, Yahoo Search Advertiser Council, MSN Search Committee, and the Google SEM Council.
In addition to his involvement with the I2A Fund, Stuart is the Founder and Managing Partner of Twin Capital, where he is an investor in early-stage interactive marketing service and technology companies. He sits on the board of directors of ethology, Performline, and Trunk Club.
Stuart holds a B.S. in Economics from Southern Methodist University.
